We stand behind our all natural and hand-crafted products with a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!  If you product arrives damaged, or the order is incorrect, it may be returned, with products unopened, to us for a full refund.  (Shipping and handling is non-refundable).  All returns must be sent back within 15 days of ship date.  We won't charge you a restocking fee or any sort of penalty. We want you to be completely satisfied.
 
Shipping:
Unlike many other retailers, we don't build the price of shipping into the price of our product. Our shipping, delivery and processing charges are meant to cover the costs associated with delivering the product to you safely and undamaged, and they're always listed separately so you know exactly what you're paying for. Compare our prices against others and you'll find that our total price on every item — including shipping — offers an excellent value, and the quality of our service is the best you'll find anywhere.
 
Shipment fees are based on the retail value.  For shipments outside the Continental US an additional $6.00 is added to the shipping charge listed below.  This includes shipments to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.  We currently do not ship Internationally.
